Marketing Technology ConsultantGlobal Marketing & Data ConsultancySalary: £60kLocation: West London / HybridWorking for this global leader in data driven marketing and analytics, you will support clients in realising their Martech and data potential, and often, forming an important part of company wide digital transformation. Often the end goal is around achievingomnichannel personalisation for customer led businesses who are already investing in data and digital.You may have come from a similar consulting background working for the likes of Merkle, Planning-Inc. etc., been a product owner of Adobe, Saleforce, Telium etc. or perhaps have ambitions to change lanes from analytics into a more strategic consulting role,where you can apply your understanding around Martech, customer led marketing and analytics in a solutions focused role.Reporting into seasoned and highly credible leader, whose background in customer marketing, data strategy and analytics you will enable clients to realise their full Martech potential.Initially conducting audits around the here and now, analysing, diagnosing and identifying gaps and making recommendations around how to plug said gaps, are they missing something like a CDP, how would that be integrated and are the data flows efficientand effective - all the while keeping the long term goal of improving customer relationships and engagement in mind.This Consultancy firm also do the implementation piece, so you continue to work with your clients to navigate that journey as well as identify an improve the Martch performance once in situ, working on future road mapping for optimal performance.Skills & experience required: Educated to degree level in a relevant subject; mathematics, statistics, marketing, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Science, PsychologyPrevious work experience in a similar role consulting or owning the product of Martech such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Telium, email marketing platforms or CDPsConfident in communicating to varying levels of seniority both internally and externallyStrong presentation skills, an ability to articulate technical subject matter to non-technical audienceExcellent client management skills, ability to nurture relationships and instil credibility and trust with key stakeholdersSelf starter with the ability to work proactively, with a commercial mindset and solutions focused approach
