Job Description

Marketing Project Manager (Digital Events)My client are a highly successful global marketing organisation who are proud to work with some of the worlds leading tech brands. I am currently recruiting to a Marketing Project Manager position in their UK Marketing Team. This exciting new role with partner with one of the worlds most high profile tech organisations and take responsibility for the planning and execution of first class marketing campaigns for customers and prospects across the UK. This role will be offered on a initial long term contract basis with a view to be made perm, with a competitive salary + benefits, tonnes of flexibility (WFH) as well as the opportunity to deliver projects for a industry leading organisation and household name.Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive campaign planning and execution within a broad range of marketing tactics
  • End to end management and delivery of targeted online digital events, training and webinars.
  • Manage a portfolio of digital creatives, making appropriate changes in copy and images to meet changing campaign initiatives
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across UK teams..
  • Build and adhere to a campaign budget
  • Coordinate with partner agencies, vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders
  • Manage asset creation, proactively track milestones, and collaborate with partners/client to ensure all internal and external project deadlines are met.
  • If required, manage the localization process with translation agencies, and review processes with sales & marketing native speakers.
    • We are looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate the following experience:
  • Proven track record of project management & delivery of B2B Marketing Projects
  • Demand and lead generation exerience
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering events both digital and live
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing tactics including direct mail, targeted events, social & content marketing
  • Able to deliver on campaigns with personality, we are seeking a driven and passionate marketer who enjoys a fast paced role and working as part of a team
