Job Description

Reporting directly to the Marketing Production Manager, the Marketing Production Specialist will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:

  • Manage the process to update and publish all quarterly reporting material.
  • Produce all European Marketing material and ensure they meet quality standards. This includes brochures, sales aids, articles and social media.
  • Be a main point of contact for Marketing Managers, Product Specialists, Editorial and Sales to ensure teams are kept up-to-date at all times.
  • Oversee the production of digital, print and multimedia assets across the European Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:
  • 3+ years of related experience within the Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and Marketing disclosures.
  • Incredibly strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
