Simply tell us how you want to work!Whats this roleAs a Marketing Operations Executive you will be responsible for supporting and developing the marketing systems across QAs Higher Education brand. This is a role that would suit someone who is inquisitive, technically minded and adept at learning new businesssystems and explaining these to others.What does that mean

  • Support day to day management of marketing systems and make recommendations for future developments based on user feedback
  • Training and working closely with the wider QAHE team on their use of all systems
  • Advising on best practice
  • Supporting with troubleshooting questions and escalating system fixes
  • Proactively supporting wider teams access to reporting across systems
  • Creating and maintaining guides/videos to support system users
So, what about you
  • Experience managing a variety of marketing systems e.g., Dotdigital (or other email platform)
  • Enquiry management systems & Telephony platforms
  • Background of making data-driven recommendations with end-user at the forefront
  • Experience in delivering system training to individuals and groups
  • CRM/Enquiry Management system usage with reporting
