Prospectus are pleased to be partnering with The Royal Academy of Dance, one of the worlds most influentially dance education and training organisations, who believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to dance. They are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Officer to work as part of the marketing and communications team who collectively work to create and maintain awareness of the Academy, its products and services; develop and promote a consistent global image and voice along with maximise media opportunities worldwide. This role is being offered on a 7 months Fixed Term Contract. As the Marketing Officer, you will lead on the planning, implementing and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns. A key part of this role also involves collating, editing and creating a schedule of targeted e-communications across all functional areas, as well as create dynamic email campaigns to drive sales and meet objectives. This role will work closely with the editor of the Dance Gazette on the production and content schedule, member communications and carry out sub-editing tasks where necessary. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience in a marketing or communications role with great administrative and organisational skills. Experience of creative copywriting, sub-editing and accurate proofreading is key to the success of this role, as is experience of advertising sales in a digital context (magazines/ publications/ web). It is expected that you will have familiarity using email campaign softwares with the ability to analyse and process data accurately. A keen interest in the arts is highly desirable and would be valued in this role.
