Are you an experienced and results orientated marketing professional looking for a new opportunity Up for the challenge of balancing a marketing role in a fast-paced political environment with multiple priorities We are looking for a pro-active individual,confident working and liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the association, to manage our retention and renewals marketing operation on a 12-month maternity contract.In your new role you will: manage a team of four (one of these is a part-time contractor),oversee, integrate and support in the creation, development and execution of marketing campaigns contribute to improved member retention levels. work closely with other communication colleagues as well as teams in membership, product, insight and those workingwith members out in the fieldThe team works to establish seamless journeys across all member interactions. The role is busy and varied, requiring the candidate to manage multiple projects, campaigns and stakeholders at once.To succeed in this role you willneed: proven skills of managing end-to-end campaigns including data analysis and reporting proven skills of managing budgets (essential) experience of working closely with a membership team on specific behavioural campaigns experience of membership renewalswould be an advantage.The Retention Marketing Manager also has responsibility for managing the email channel (through Dotdigital), including scheduling and data management.For the successful candidate a key part of the time in the role will be focused on helpingto develop marketing requirements for a new CRM.
