The candidate must be comfortable working with a global team to develop and execute marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders and agencies. They must thrive in cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent prioritization skills. Candidates must have strong consultative capabilities, a solid understanding of the media agency and creative agency landscape, and what makes great creative for our clients family of apps. Must be comfortable working within a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. You are a concise and dynamic communicator, on-line, in-person, and an excellent facilitator. RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and lead on-line and in-person training of creative best practices for our clients family of apps to agencies Provide creative consultations to creative and media agencies, to improve their creative on the companys family of apps Build strong relationships with their Agency sales organization and key cross-functional partners within central and regional teams Deliver live and recorded presentations to agency partners and other large audiences Track, analyze, package up and report results from the program MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree or equivalent 10+ years of agency experience Media/advertising/creative industry experience Experience working on digital media campaigns within a creative, digital or media agency (strategy or creative) Dynamic speaker, confident in front of large audiences Willing to wear multiple hats, able to deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment Proven track record of delivering ad campaigns that produce results PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Fluency in either French or German Project management and prioritization experience Using data to inform decision making and improve results Communicating, influencing and collaborating across multiple teams Executing a multi-channel marketing plan, including creating content such as decks, playbooks, one-sheeters, running and delivering events etc. Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
