It starts with you.We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing professional to join our Support Centre team as a Marketing Manager. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager - Hospitals and Clinical Services, the Marketing Manager will act as a subjectmatter expert for local and regional activity, supporting our 37 hospitals, onboarding sites into BAU approaches and manage the local marketing service (including but not limited to agency management and evolution of the local market portal/process).As our Marketing Manager you will:

  • Support our 37 hospitals with marketing campaigns that deliver our purpose, align to our strategic goals and are consistent with our brand identity. Channels include digital advertising, print media and contra-deals.
  • Full ownership of the LMSLocal Marketing Service. Work to educate and inform hospitals of its use and how they can utilise it to support delivery of local marketing initiatives, and ultimately continuous improvement of the LMS site for the bettermentof the sites.
  • Act as the local marketing champion, becoming the first and main point of contact for all hospital marketing queries.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the delivery of two annual ATL campaigns, and other centrally led hospital marketing campaigns as required.
  • Administrative tasks including full ownership and budget management of local marketing budget including raising POs, budget tracking and reporting.
  • Must be enthusiastic to build and develop great stakeholder relationships with Sales and Service Managers and Regional Operations Directors, agency partners and suppliers with a passion to improve the beneficiary experience.
Experience, knowledge, expertise and competencies required:
  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a marketing position.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering effective marketing campaigns to build usage and sales of products and services and bring creative flair to developing our audience engagement.
  • A customer first approach.
  • Must have an understanding of commercial awareness and how marketing can affect the external environment and drive sales.
  • The candidate should possess a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation with an ability to think creatively and resolve issues within a fast-paced working environment whilst working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident in dealing with stakeholders, challenging from a place of experience and with evidence where needed.
