The role of Marketing at WTW is two-fold to support the companys growth and revenue goals and protect and promote a consistent global brand. As trusted partners to all business segments and regions, the marketing group functions as an integrated global teamproviding comprehensive support through well-planned and executed marketing campaigns.In this position, you will report to a Marketing Director and support the broader Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment with an initial focus on the Climate and Resilience Hub. The role holder will need to develop strong working relationships with businessstakeholders, understand the business and go-to-market priorities and be a strong communicator to ensure marketing provides proper global support. Together with senior business leaders and marketing colleagues worldwide, a successful candidate in this rolewill bring thought leadership, collateral, webcasts, events, and a compelling digital presence to life with a primary goal of bringing marketing automation activities and best practices in the B2B space to our HWC businesses.The Role

  • Devise and deliver strategic marketing plans by collaborating with business leaders and relevant marketing colleagues across key HWC businesses globally
  • Provide informed advice and guidance on marketing programs and supporting tactics, including digital marketing activities, event marketing, thought-leadership, 3rd party partnerships, and initiatives
  • Create demand for HWC businesses by mapping out comprehensive marketing funnels that generate leads and improve conversion rates and use marketing automation tools like Marketo
  • Drive digital engagement strategies proven by formal testing strategies and metrics.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns and activities, assess effectiveness against KPIs and use this to guide and improve future marketing initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients and marketing colleagues to set expectations, promote client-ready solutions and coordinate/leverage activities
  • Lead coordination and prioritization of thought-leadership content plans and calendars, working with business stakeholders and editorial support (internal or external) to drive execution as needed
  • Draft and edit content and intellectual capital, create supporting copy for related marketing tactics, and produce marketing materials such as emails, video/podcast scripts, brochures, social media, and website and landing page copy that support executionof primary content deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of services and solutions provided to clients as well as the different markets and buyer hubs that exist across the HWC segment
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and an understanding of how marketing strategy and plans are positioned within this to help achieve differentiation and/or a strong presence in the market
  • Deliver campaigns within budget and ensure costs are effectively spent
The Requirements
  • Experience as a Marketing Manageris essential, ideally gained within professional/financial services or a B2B environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal English language skills
  • Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online media (e.g., digital, email, social)
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to lead a high volume of marketing initiatives in parallel with diverse and geographically dispersed teams
  • Proven understanding of marketing funnels and hands-on experience implementing digital marketing programs; experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Experience working with or demonstrated knowledge of climate and people-related issues (e.g., benefits)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and demonstrated success at building relationships and credibility with senior leaders
  • Credibility to work with, and influence, colleagues at all levels within the company
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and/or globally
  • Demonstrated ability to learn about complex business issues and priorities and translate them into marketing execution
  • Strong team player with good influencing and negotiation skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
  • Strong ability to navigate a large, complex organization and to ask questions as needed
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative while recognizing when to escalate issues or ask for help
