Our client is a pioneering fintech start-up helping millennials re-define their relationship with money, with the UKs first ever app built for their area of personal finance / investing. The company is 2 years into its journey, secured an initial roundof funding and launched a Beta product working closely with early adopters to further iterate, receiving some great feedback and traction in the process. 2022 will be an exciting year as they go through their next round of funding in Q1 and a full-scale UKroll out, before expansion into the USA in 2023. Theyve also attracted some high profile fintech non-execs and struck a partnership with a top 10 global asset manager, all of which is testament to the pioneering nature of their app - so everything is comingtogether nicely for them! The platform is launched with Beta users, but as they look to go mass market its time to appoint a creative and ambitious marketing professional, to ramp up their branding and drive user adoption amongst millenials interested inmanaging their money / investments better. Youll have ample opportunity to use your creative marketing juices to: - Devise, implement and execute marketing strategies. - Further develop the company brand. - Manage scaleable campaigns to drive acquisitionof new customers across all manner of social and paid channels based on the plan you devise. - Budget planning and management. - Campaign tracking, attribution and reporting etc. - Build out the in-house marketing team. As you can appreciate its a criticalhire for the company as they go mass market, grow the team and attract further investment, so looking for the following in this marketing person: - At least 3 years all round marketing, branding, content, communications and demand generation experience witha digital edge. - Ideally your experience would have been gained with a B2C / consumer type app proposition targeting the young adult generation (i.e. ideally millenials, 20 to 30 somethings). Although not a pre-requisite, experience with a fintech, in thepersonal finance, payments, banking or investing area would be beneficial. - An understand of the steps required to build a powerful brand, which can cultivate buyers into a movement. - The ability to identify creative and inspiring campaign execution ideas,to engage audiences and acquire users. - A driven and determined attitude conducive to a dynamic high growth start-up team environment. - An interest in personal finance would be a bonus.
