As a future Marketing Manager for AXA IM Prime, you will report to the Head of Product & Marketing for AXA Im Prime, and you will be part of AXA IM PRIME business unit. AXA IM Prime is a Private Market Enabler and Hedge Funds platform offering diversified sources of private market returns across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. With €30 billion of alternative investments under managementand a team of seasoned investment professionals committed to proactive ESG and strict risk management criteria, AXA IM Prime is committed to transparency and reliability. The company manages €5 billion of commitments annually over the next three years andhas 40+ employees across three offices. You will help the team build, develop, and maintain the marketing positioning of AXA IM Prime to accompany its growth. It will include all marketing materials (flyers, presentations, etc.), contents to use in social media, contents to use for conferences andfor communication / PR. You will be also able to support the team on market intelligence, event strategy and communication/PR plan. Your role and responsibilities will include: Marketing materials

• Under the supervision of the Head of Department, you will participate to the construction of new marketing documents and the maintenance of existing ones (which includes enhancement as need be).
• Underlying documents includes standard marketing materials (i.e. flyers and presentations at company and strategy/fund levels), content for social media (i.e. website, linkedIn, etc.), content for publication (i.e. investment management views), contentfor events and investment updates for prospects.
• Ensure marketing materials meet our brand guidelines and are validated by our compliance department.
• This work requires to work closely with various team including investment, sales, legal and compliance.

Event Strategy

• You will also work on the Event strategy (selection of key events AXA IM Prime will attend and sponsor) and the execution of the plan (negotiation of sponsorship, coordinating with conferences organizers the delivery of what is required, social media posts,etc.).

Communication strategy

• You will support the team in all actions to manage PR partnerships, communication campaigns in line with product launches to promote AXA IM Prime brand and expertise.
• Depending on priorities, skills and interest, you will be involved in other task such as Market Intelligence which consist of analyzing the main competitors for one strategy and doing some adhoc research on specific topics linked to a strategy/product (forexample: top 10 GP stake players, Largest ELTIF private markets fund, etc.)

• Masters degree in Finance / Economics
• Ideally proven success over 5 years in a marketing in Asset Management and preferably in private markets

Your knowledges and skills

• Proficient understanding of asset management, particularly in private markets
• Demonstrates exceptional and consistent communication skills
• Outstanding spoken and written English communication abilities
• Strong spoken French communication skills preferred
• Possesses a proactive and cooperative attitude, embracing teamwork and collaborative success
• Capable of thinking creatively and generating innovative yet economically viable solutions, even in demanding timeframes and intricate contexts
• Assertive and focused on business solutions and outcomes, with a structured approach
