TheRole: This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the UK Channel marketing strategy. The primary focus of the role is the end to end management of client-led, digital-first, marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on delivering content acrossthe various formats, audiences and channels. The role will also support lead nurturing and other digital marketing initiatives, working across various adviser and customer segments, products and brands, as determined by the strategy. Key Work Level Accountabilities:Experienced Colleague: Accountable for providing a quality service or product to customers and stakeholders, using skills/experience built through significant practical experience or training For team leaders, accountable for ensuring the team the role supportsis delivering a quality service or product Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them Makes suggestionsfor improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations Key Responsibilities for this role: Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to support UK Channel marketing programmes across different client segmentsand brands Create and deliver innovative, fully-integrated D2C, B2B and B2C campaigns across the marketing mix, including both owned and paid channels Create campaign marketing objectives, KPIs and budget proposals, from brief through to ROI Monitor the effectivenessof activities against expectations to ensure campaigns and/or content is fully optimised, measured by conversion activities Support lead generation and nurturing to support growth initiatives and distribution channel plans Ensure the consistency of materialswithin the overall brand guidelines Responsible for maintaining marketing literature and UK websites, ensuring content is accurate and up to date Keep abreast of competitors, trends in the industry, regulatory changes etc. Support other key internal marketingprojects as required Ensure that all marketing activities comply with UK regulatory requirements, Conduct Risk (Customer at Heart) and Treating Customers Fairly requirements of FCA Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Several years relevant experience gainedin financial services marketing to either an adviser or customer audience (D2C, B2C or B2B) Strong investment and pension knowledge across funds and products Experience in the Digital Media space across paid, owned and earned, with a focus on thinking digitallyand differently Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns and support from idea creation, development and delivery, with a data-driven approach to optimising performance Broad range of experience across all types of digital marketing activitysuch as mobile, email and content marketing, display, programmatic, search and social advertising as well as traditional marketing such as adviser support and customer facing material Excellent project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritiseand meet deadlines Experience of range of MarTech and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe (Experience Manager and Analytics, Eloqua, SiteImprove, Aprimo, TwentyThree, and HootSuite) Ability to write good, clear, modern but grammaticallycorrect English and to be able to flex styles dependant on audience Educated to degree level.
