Join a well-established and rapidly expanding SME in the construction equipment sector as a Marketing Manager.THE ROLE This is a hybrid role, split between working at home and on site. It requires the experience, passion, and creativity to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, and support a field-based sales team. You will manage a marketingcoordinator and a third-party marketing agency, with the following responsibilities: - Catalogues and print media - Website and app development - SEO and SEM - Social media and email campaigns - Articles in the trade press - Brand development, photography and artwork - Events, exhibitions and fairs - Company merchandise - Campaign analysis to optimise ROI - Competitor and industry analysis for opportunities and threats - Working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to FridayKEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Experience or interest in construction equipment and/or the built environment - A track record of producing large, product-focused catalogues and websites - Proficiency with digital marketing, SEO and SEM tools - Familiarity with creative tools, such as the Adobe suite - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies - Results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving targets - A driving licence and use of a vehicle will be useful for depot visitsSALARY & BENEFITS - Up to £50,000 p.a. dependent on experience - Enhanced workplace pension, monthly bonus scheme, health cash plan - 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidaysApplicants must have the right to permanently work in the UK; visa applications cannot be considered.
