Job Description

Working for this dynamic publishing/media company in a role for a results-oriented marketer. To work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to implement their global marketing plan to launch and scale new digital platform products. The product marketers within the team collaborate closely with product, sales, and editorial teams on company digital products. Raise awareness and brand in the market place and in faculty and researcher product user-groups. Generate leads for new customer acquisition. Deliver successful sales enablement tools and strategies. Secure customer retention through effect usage-driving and onboarding marketing efforts. Maintenance and updates for product websites, including regular reporting from Google Analytics and management of lead data collected in forms. Managing and executing social media plans for the products, primarily on Twitter, with an aim to grown on other channels.

  • Self-starter with previous marketing experience
  • Academic publishing sector or with B2B digital platforms is advantageous
  • Driven, confident thrive in a fast-paced team.
  • Proven experience of working with sales people
  • Confident with drag-and-drop website builders and CRM systems
  • (or keen to learn).
  • Able to segment across multiple markets.
  • A strong writer and communicator, with basic design skills.
