Theyre bringing in new exciting celebrity talent, building better technology, developing a deeper and richer customer experience, and creating a world-class offering,team and service.JOB DESCRIPTION What we are looking for:This company is launching an exciting and ambitious global marketing program that will promote brand awareness, increase engagement and inspire course purchases across a variety of digital media channels and markets.They are looking for a creative and analytical digital marketing executive who can work with their Marketing Director to execute new growth initiatives and support in the development and rollout of their marketing program.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage a marketing calendar covering the rollout to new territories and launch of new courses, as well as seasonal campaigns, ad-hoc initiatives and "always on" promotional activity.Work cross-functionally with our Content, Social, Production, Partnerships, PR and Performance leads to develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns, managingtheir implementation from ideation to execution. Report on their performance, gain insight and assess against goals.Conduct segmentation of our email marketing database and work with our Content and Social leads to develop and manage our broadcast email marketing schedule including the design of A/B tests to optimise open and click rates.Coordinate with our performance marketing agency, supporting on their "test and learn" program by ensuring they have the right creative assets. Communicate results and learnings from their activity to the wider business.Support the day-to-day operations of our PR agencies, coordinating signoffs, providing them with assets and reporting on the status of their campaigns to the business. Manage a consolidated PR tracker combining internal and external agency outreach targetsand statuses.Core Skills:
