The Marketing Executive will be a part of an international marketing team for a B2B oil business, based out of London. This is a hands-on role, which will be responsible for assisting the Marketing teams, with a focus on digital marketing and sponsorship, to strengthen the brand. The person will work in a dynamic team environment.Client DetailsThe Marketing Executive will be working for an International Oil company based in London.DescriptionDigital Marketing:* Assist with creating the monthly content for all social media platforms and publishing* Use social media monitoring tools (such as Sprinklr) for content scheduling, reporting, listening, Community Management, and benchmarking* Create and manage ad-hoc marketing reports across channels, and help monitor budget performance for specific projects* Writing and proofreading creative copy* Work cross-functionally with global marketing, site, social, and local marketing, to develop and execute digital strategies* Using digital marketing analytics reports, develop and share key insights to help optimize plans* Maintain the GOI website/extranet (ensuring communication is relevant, accurate and up to date) and manage SEO* Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the teamSponsorship:* Support the Sponsorship Manager with the day to day account management of global sponsorship partners* Help with the development of the global sponsorship activation plan, working with the global entities & licensees to make sure marketing materials are provided in a timely manner and activated locally* As the gate keeper for all approvals of sponsorship assets, liaise with rightsholders and oversee the approvals process* Manage stakeholders and external agencies to ensure plans are delivered to agreed timescales and budgets* Organise the hospitality and implementation for any motorsport or football events (on the ground & virtually), as and when required* Manage the global ticketing platform, overseeing business case approval and working with rightsholders to ensure the tickets are delivered to attendees in a timely manner* Working with rightsholders and suppliers, oversee the cobranded sponsorship merchandise process, managing markets orders and ensuring goods are delivered on timeProfileIdeally experience with digital and sponsorship:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or relevant fieldPrevious experience in a similar Digital Marketing / Marketing Operations roleIT literate with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experienced in using social monitoring tools and others such as Google AnalyticsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise workloadProject management experience is advantageous with clear evidence of delivery within tight timescalesExperience working in an international environment with multiple marketsResults-driven personalityAble to work in, and effectively make use of, a multicultural environmentStrong oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speakingFluent communication in English essential; other languages a bonusJob OfferInternational marketingCompetitive salary
