Digital /Marketing Executive -Digital Aquisition£36,000A leading International Animal Welfare Charity situated close in the City are looking to recruit a Digital Content officer and Fundraiser Digital Campainger to join their well established teamAbout the Charity and their VisionThis is a Animal Charity that protects lives of working horses, donkeys and mules that give people the opportunity to work their way out of poverty. This Charity works with 15 countries, with animal owners, communities,service providers, animal health systems, goverments and international organisations.Their vision is of the world in which working with donkeys, horses and mules are free from sufferingAbout the role: The Digital /Marketing Executive will deliver and design marketing campaigns to recruit and harness personalised relationshipswith supporters and fundraisers primarily in the UKYou will ensure that audience targeting maximises lifetime value and works in an intergrated way across digital and traditional marketing channels ( DRTV,direct mail, inserts and telemarketing )This role is Data driven and respond to new opportunities and create new products that mobilise, recruit and engage large number of supporters.Responsibilities:" Support in the development of operational plans and targets for the First Engagement team." Project manage campaigns and support journeys that contribute to the plan across a range of traditional channels eg Direct Mail, DRTV, telemarketing and Digital" Manage recruitment and Acquisition Channels for example Facebooke, Ads Manager and Google ads" Work closely with the Fund Management and Communications team to drive the best in class intergrated supporter Campaigns across nall digital and traditional channels" Write and adapt copy and content so that it can be used for a variety of Audiences across various channelsKnowledge and Experience:" An experienced fundraiser, digital campaigner or digital fundraiser" Demonstrable experience of supporter and acquisition-especially focused on Digital, data analytics and traditional off-line activity" Strong project manageent experience" Experience of reading and interpretating data reports, for both digital and various channels" Excellent understanding of current supporter trends within the Charity Sector" Experience of producing budgets and reporting variance against plan and re-forecastingYou need to have excellent interpersonal and relationship skills and able to intereact effectively with a diverse range of people and deliver projects utilising and building on skills and other team members.Relevant markerting and digital experience required ideally from a Charitable /Fundraising or similar sector
