Job Description

Marketing Executive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Based in West Kensington An impressive privately owned Independent School based in Kensington is looking for a skilled Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will be a key member of their marketing, admissions, and events team. The rolewill include, planning, coordinating, and implementing the day-to-day marketing activities, driving brand awareness.Key Duties:

  • Content creation: create, co-ordinate, and execute content in line with the schools marketing content calendar publishing content across all marc com channels such as: website, social media, print advertising, email marketing.
  • Email Marketing: Builds, sends, tracks, analyses and reports on email marketing using an email marketing platform.
  • Design: working independently or from time to time with a graphic designer/agency to ensure all content is on-brand.
  • Photography: responsible for booking external photographers and management of all images. Will be required to attend some school events to capture content.
  • Events: Event support for open mornings, working collaboratively with the school registrar on admissions events, activations and data
  • PR activities: supporting the Head of Marketing to communicate PR messages to media, co-ordinate award submissions and school directory listings.
  • Marketing collateral: Coordinating the update of school publications
Experience & Skills:
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • 2 years Marketing Assistant experience
  • Marketing degree qualified desirable or similar qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about storytelling and content creation
  • Digitally Literate
  • Previous work experience in the education sector is advantageous or a keen interest to work in the sector
  • Video content creation editing experience would be an advantage
  • A keen interest in social media and digital marketing

  • Hours : 8.30 -4.30pm. Reduced hours during school holidays to 9am -4pm salary remains the same
