Job Description

Are you a passionate, digital savvy marketing individual with proven marketing experience, looking for a new challengeBarnes Roffe Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join one of their professional services clients based in East London.If you are self-motivated, adaptable, and experienced marketing professional, we would like to hear from you.What youll do:

  • Work closely with our strategic marketing consultant and local partners to deliver our marketing strategy and plan.
  • Deliver and manage our digital campaigns including optimising the use of web, email and social media channels.
  • Write, edit and proofread a wide range of materials including social media posts, blogs, guides and web copy.
  • Manage content and marketing activity calendars.
  • Report marketing progress.
  • Optimise the usage of prospect data within the business to improve conversion rates and work with the partners to improve cross selling opportunities
What we need:
  • An experienced and collaborative and resourceful marketing generalist.
  • Copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent digital skills - wide experience of social media, web analytics, SEO, and email marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of digital and social media marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and marketing software such as Hootsuite, Canva and Surfer where possible.
  • Creative & innovative - to generate both campaign and creative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and people skills. Be able to build relationships with key team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with the operational aspects of marketing implementation and delivery.
  • High attention to detail, combined with the ability to see a broad picture.
