Job Description

Reporting to the Senior team, you will be supporting this Business Consultancy in all of its marketing activities, both in-house and working with agencies. This is a fast-paced business and have several service lines within the group.The right candidate will have a proven track record supporting digital marketing campaigns including social media and email marketing and coordination between internal teams and agencies.We are looking for someone highly organised, and ideally with experience in professional services and B2B organisations however this is not essential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging social media campaigns including website and social media posts with some video
  • Maintain accurate and effectively segmented client data within our CRM
  • Work with agencies to deliver sales support collateral, and capability statements within brand guideline templates
  • Collaborate with Head of Services to write short-form and long-form written content for blogs, social media etc
  • Track performance of campaigns, sales data, maintains promotional materials
  • Track conversions from lead sources - management and distribution of leads to sales team, management of leads inbox, and ensuring CRM is updated with new leads
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and all associated marketing activities
  • Prepare marketing and sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data.
  • Schedule email marketing campaigns and automation sequences.
  • Manage content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Design knowledge and an eye for graphic design
  • Understanding of segmentation
  • Experience in multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience of running content-based campaigns on social media and via email
  • Coordination and project management skills
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B service organisations.
  • Experience leading and managing marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience of running webinars and lead follow-up from webinars
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Team player with a mature attitude to getting the job done
  • Professional and presentable
