Job Description

Marketing Data AnalystLocation: London, temporarily remote.We are a social impact business providing a peer-to-peer digital mental health support network. We harness the power of community combined with expertly moderated and facilitated forums to enable our members to get support, take control and feel better.Our business model is B2B2C – paid for by commissioners and organisations but free to all users/members at point of need and access.Our ambition is to provide an accessible safe space to proactively manage one’s mental health. After a period of strong growth, significant investment and big plans, here and abroad, we are excited to be growing our teams across our major markets of US, UK, Canada.The roleWe’re on a mission to grow our safe online community to provide immediate support to more people than ever. That means working with more partners to provide access. Measuring our growth as we go on that journey is going to be critical. So, we are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to own campaigns and operational reporting across the Marketing team. You will be the go-to person for information into Marketing activity and your insights will feed into attribution modelling, website and campaign optimisation, budgeting and how the team prioritises and manages projects. Additionally, you will support campaign set-up and will own customer data for the marketing team.What you will do

  • Work closely with others to monitor accurate lead attribution and pipeline for B2B campaigns (UK and North America) from first campaign touch point, through to CRM systems and generate reports into conversion and ROI.
  • Manage the Marketing team’s lead and customer data ensuring accurate segmentation and attribution tagging to support lead and customer nurturing.
  • Work with agencies and colleagues to track the success of paid and other campaign activity aimed at growing our community of members via our partners.
  • Provide reports, analysis and updates on marketing activities to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Monitor website analytics and create dashboards and reports to track campaign and goal success.
  • Work with colleagues to design and implement A/B tests to continuously improve website conversion (CRO).
  • Work with our agency to monitor the website’s organic performance, feeding into our SEO strategy.
  • Be a team champion for data protection, privacy and GDPR compliance and ensure all data held or processed through the team’s systems is done so compliantly.
  • Experience. You will…
  • Have experience generating and presenting marketing campaign reports (essential). Ability to create dashboards and use data visualisation would be an advantage.
  • Have had experience working on multi-touch campaign reporting and using data across different marketing team activities: paid, social, website, SEO, PR, CRM and email.
  • Have worked with and managed customer data, creating segments and lists for email marketing and have helped set up nurture journeys and automated email campaigns.
  • Have experience in communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders in commercial and other teams.
  • Be familiar with a range of campaigns and tracking tools including Google Analytics; Search Console; Google Tag Manager; BI tools; Hotjar; Optimizely; Leedfeeder; AdWords; Meltwater; marketing automation platforms; CRM, and project management tools.
  • Have experience of working with customer data and understand privacy, data protection and GDPR compliance principles.

  • Have excellent analytical skills and be able to work with an interpret information across a range of data sets.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to interrogate and troubleshoot issues you see in the metrics. You’ll have an ability to see the bigger picture and use contextual knowledge and qualitative insight to explain the numbers.
  • Be an approachable team player and enjoy working across a busy and productive team and with stakeholders across Togetherall.
  • Have strong communication skills, specifically to tell the story behind the numbers. Ideally have a desire to work in a social impact business, especially in the mental health space
  • Be ambitious and have a growth mindset, with an ability to grow as we do and help improve our processes as we evolve while using the tools we have today to generate immediate actionable insight.
  • Togetherall PackageThis is a UK-based role supporting the team in the UK and North America.You will begin with a remote/home-office set-up due to restrictions per COVID-19.
