Because when they succeed they make a difference, and when millions of small businesses are making a difference, the world is a more beautiful place.How you’ll make an impact…In this role you will help deliver the quarterly and annual plan to develop our customer and partner (accountant and bookkeeper) communities online and offline.You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the plans across the UK market. Projects will include integrated marketing campaigns, as well as content and marketing/community support. Our team will be breaking new ground meaning the ability to collaborate across teams and challenge yourself is key to our success.Of course, this position description is just a guide, you’ll be expected to be flexible and perform any other duties as reasonably required of you by your manager.What youll do...

  • Become an expert on our communities - small business and partner - understanding their challenges, desires and opportunities and help identify the role that Xero can play in connecting these communities online and offline.
  • Assist with the development of community projects to drive partner and small business engagement
  • Content development will play a key part in this role - creating content that’s relevant, inspirational and encourages our communities to engage with us and each other.
  • Prepare and manage project briefs for engagement campaigns.
  • Build and deliver community engagement campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and project landing pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Work with other internal departments around operational requirements.
  • Manage marketing administration requests as needed
  • Support with tracking and monitoring of campaign performance and recommending improvements for future campaigns.
    • What youll bring...
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or community development position
  • Work experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor level or higher qualification equivalent
  • Excellent, confident content creator who understands community dynamics
  • Confident to manage new projects and seek out the best way to accomplish the desired end result
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills - both written and oral
