Marketing Compliance - Asset Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve financial promotions, marketing materials, client reports, and other client communications relating to funds and strategies
  • Provide support and guidance on day-to-day regulatory matters and cross-border distribution rules
  • Support client services teams ensuring the appropriate and timely completion of RFPs andquestionnaires
  • Compliance training
  • Day-to-day compliance related activities
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience ideally in a similarcompliance role, but must have worked on the buyside
  • Financial promotions and marketing review and approval essential
  • Workedwith and on regulated funds, preferably with OEICs, UCITS, QIAIFs, ELTIFs
  • Knowledge ofEuropean regulatory framework, in particular the FCA financial promotions rules and ESMA marketing rules
  • Understanding of UCITS, MiFID II and AIFMD requirements
