Job Description

Marketing Communications Manager We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join JP Morgans Skills of the Future Team in London on an initial 6 months contract. You should be experienced in all aspects of Marketing Communications including intranet content editing, email communications,social media content, newsletter etc.DescriptionCIB Operations Skills of the Future (CIB Ops SOTF) is an upskilling program designed to meet the rapidly changing digital and customer services landscape within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The Skills of the Future team is focused on driving a cultureof continuous learning and engagement by connecting employees with the most relevant learning aligned to the Firmwide Operations Learning Priorities. We partner with CIB Operations Learning Partners to make learning come to life for our employees (over 27Kworldwide) - effectively marketing learning content in partnership with CIB Digital & Platform Services Communications.We are looking for an experienced and strong Marketing Communications Manager who is a combination of creative thinker, creator and doer with the ability to write engaging content and execute campaigns from end-to-end.   • Devise, implement and manage a comprehensive marketing plan and calendar of multi-pronged, multi-channel pipeline (e.g. print, digital media, intranet and social collaboration) for each of our core focus areas and program as a whole.
  • Develop and deliver content and messaging for intranet, email, newsletters, collateral, video scripts, talking points, articles, etc.) consistent with the overall program objectives - clear, concise, and engaging, obsessed with end-user experience.
  • Create innovative marketing content that inspires and drives engagement with maximum impact. Create clear context, value proposition and calls-to-action.
  • Source/use Data to identify areas of marketing opportunity, target market & understand end-user personas to ensure communications/content are highly personalized to each target audience.
  • Own Marketing & Communications plan, audience data and metrics from end-to-end.
  • Own Branding/Creative Assets and Toolkit creation that underline our brand (guidelines, templates, best practices) from end-to-end.
  • Develop and distribute program "press kit" to ensure consistency of messaging and make it easy for partners to help socialize our program and initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with the SOTF team, Communications Partners, Learning Partners, and other channel partners/key stakeholders to build pipeline, prioritize efforts and ensure relevant, targeted campaigns.
  • Look for opportunities to share success stories more broadly to showcase the impact of learning and innovation as a result.
  • Partner with SOTF Program Managers, Learning Partners and Working group leads to ensure maximum reach and participation for events.
  • Identify, and ensure cohesion with firmwide branding and accessibility compliance.
  • Drive marketing/engagement best practices and the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance of activities with firms policies and the highest aspirations of the firms business principles.
Qualifications:
  • Recent experience of Marketing Communications
  • Experience driving innovative engagement strategies with an emphasis on end-user experience, digital media/social collaborative platforms.
  • Solid team player with the ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong, positive working relationships.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to deliver practical, innovative, impactful solutions.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and strong execution skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present concepts in a clear, concise and engaging way.
  • Editing, proofreading, layout and design skills.
  • Comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of working collaboratively or independently, with energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suites (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) a plus.
*Please note that JP Morgan is working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. When working from home you will need your own Laptop / PC as these are not provided*
