Job Description

  • Management of all marketing support required by bookmaker customers globally, to help promote products to their customers (bettors).
  • Plan and execute consumer facing marketing channels to engage customers customers with the key products (Racing, Esports, and Live numbers draws).

From Greyhound and horse races to virtual, esports and live numbers they provide 24-7 betting services for bookmakers customers.The business have made great progress in diversifying into to international markets and online with over 400 bookmakers in 45 countries.An exciting time to join the business where they are expanding their portfolio and product range!DescriptionSeeking someone to focus on brand developement, brand proposition and visual identity noth b2b and b2bc.
  • Work closely with Sales team to understand customer requirements to help engage their customers with our products, which will differ by territory eg: some may need product related content to help educate bettors on racing (where there may be a low levelof prior racing heritage), and others may wish to promote our products.
  • Where possible, work with bookmaker marketing teams to determine the level of support required ie: to create a suite of in-shop and/or online marketing collateral or just create and supply assets for bookmaker marketing teams to use.
  • Plan and develop appropriate marketing assets for retail and online eg: in-shop leaflets and posters, and online banners etc.
  • Identify additional opportunities to help educate and promote our products with our customers eg: for retail customers, creating staff competitions etc.
  • Shape and coordinate a program of key horse racing festivals internationally, to promote to our customers, by liaising with the Sales team to understand and agree the schedule.
  • Shape the b2c marketing plans, work closely with Head of Product Proposition to agree objectives and plans.
  • Manage the development of website content, working closely with the Digital Commercial Manager, to ensure consumer engagement and click- throughs to affiliate partners websites.
  • Coordinate b2c social media activities to drive followers and engagement and drive traffic to the website
  • Help shape the development and execution of the new Competitive Gaming b2c website.
  • Manage the Competitive Gaming website content to help drive awareness of our Esports gamers
  • Work closely with the Digital Commercial Manager to determine how to optimise click-throughs to bookmaker affiliate partners websites.
Profile
  • Degree level preferred
  • 3 to 5 years+ experience in marketing comms development and execution (ideally a mixture of b2b and b2c experience preferred, but open to just b2c).
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Exposure to working in fast changing markets
