VennGroupThe specialists in professional recruitment**New Opportunity – Marketing and Communications Officer**Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Officer to start as soon as possible.The successful Marketing and Communications Officer will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute Marketing and Communications Officer responsibilities to a high standard.Title: Marketing and Communications Officer Location: Central LondonHourly Rate: £22 - £25Hours: Full timeContract : 12 monthsDuties:

  • Create compelling and shareable contentacross all media platforms
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive business growth
  • Manage and grow social media presence on a variety of platforms
  • Carry out writing, editing and proof-reading copy, ensuring a consistent and audience-appropriate tone of voice
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff and stakeholder communications and provide reports and recommendations based on the results
Essential Skills:
  • Must have housing association experience
  • Must have proven marketing and communications experience
  • Must be a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficient in the use of Google Ads and analytics, Adobe, Photoshop and WordPress
  • CIPR qualification
  • Ability to logically analyse situations and provide practical and acceptable solutions
