A leading health based chemical organisation with strong connections to world charities and NGOs are looking for an international Marketing and Communications Manager to join their organisation in London. They are seen as pioneers within their industry and also work closely with local governments, pharmaceutical companies and health organisations in the battle against global disease.As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for both the strategic planning of the department but also the operational execution. This will encompass the full marketing mix from brand, advertising, producing relevant soft and hard copy materials including artwork, digital and website strategy, CRM, events, social media, content and building internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders within the business and also corresponding NGOs, governments and health organisations. This role has full budgetary control and you would work closely with the sales and finance teams to to drive ROI. Due to the nature of the role you will also be responsible for compliance with relevant legislation regarding product and general marketing, communications and PR.The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience at management level within an SME organisation where you will have had exposure and gained working knowledge of the full marketing spectrum. You be a strategic and analytical decision maker but also someone who rolls up their sleeves operationally to get things done, they would also like someone skilled within CRM based marketing who is able to produce creative artwork. This is a standalone role with consultant and agency support, so it is vital that you are skilled within marketing, digital, comms and PR. A second European language would be beneficial but not essential as this role involves working with stakeholders and international marketing teams. Ideal industry experience would be pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG within healthcare or something similar.In return you will received a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to work for a leader within their industry.
