Job Description

ADMINISTRATOR, EMEA MARKETING & EVENTS - (6 Month Contract)Join our EMEA Marketing & Events Team in a crucial role as an Administrator on a 6-month contract. This position plays a key part in supporting the teams efforts in organizing a major event in Madrid in May 2024, as well as contributing to general marketinginitiatives. Were seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and coordination for our marketing and event activities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the EMEA Marketing and Events Team with administrative assistance on various projects, campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate and track translations between an agency and the local teams to ensure accurate localization of copy, communications and materials across 14 languages.
  • Management of the Events Inbox, responding to Partner and internal queries.
  • Support as needed on social media channels by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and amplifying event promotions.
  • Support with the content writing and localization of the Event App using Guidebook.
  • Support the CRM Team with the localization and coordination of email campaigns.
  • Assist on site at the Madrid event in May 2024, where needed.
  • Assist with other EMEA Marketing projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Work closely with the regional Marketing and Events teams, supporting them to drive EMEA campaigns and the localization of assets and materials.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in marketing or events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of event logistics is a plus.
