We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students find their place in the world to work in a lovely prep school based in the heart of Kensington. The Marketing Admissions Assistant will be working as part of the team that is responsiblefor growing the number of students attending the school. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an immediate impact on business and the future of education.Key Responsibilities:- Work with the Head of Admissions across all aspects of the admissions process and pipeline management with the aim to ensure retention and conversion levels are as high as possible.- Act as a key brand ambassador for the school.- Support with regular reporting and forecasting of data with insights.- Follow up on all digital admissions with exceptional customer service.- Work to stretch annual enrolment targets.- Review feedback generated.- Building relationships with feeder schools, estate agents, relocation agents, key partners, affiliates, and influencers in the local community.The Person:- Must be an excellent organiser with exceptional administrative skills.- Have prior customer service experience and/or sales experience.- Previous experience working in a busy environment.- It is desirable to have an understanding of the marketplace and knowledge of 11+ and 13+ entry requirementsSalary and Benefits:- £30-32k- Pensions Scheme- Professional Development programs- School Fee Discount- 25 days holiday plus BH
