Market Insights Manager - Financial services/data analytics/IPSOS sought by leading retail bank based remotely. **6 Month Fixed Term Contract** We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Insights, Research, Planning and Performance team as a Market Insights manager. The role would be focussed on delivering market and competitor insights for teams across the business. It requires a commercially aware individual with experience in delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. Youll have an in-depth knowledge of research techniques and methodologies and secondary sources of information, and the ability to ensure insight solutions are tailored and deliver real value. Your role will primarily be secondary research and data analysis, although could also cover both qualitative and quantitative research projects as well. You will have a proactive self-motivated approach with a strong focus on delivering results and be eager to succeed in a strategic research / insight role. Your focus will primarily be on the external research measurement for the brand and customer experience. You will manage all aspects of utilising the external benchmarks available to us, including Ipsos FRS data and CMA SQI data. Through highly specialised analysis, you will work with key business partners to identify opportunities to influence change that impact our service and brand metrics . Skills & Experience Required: In-depth knowledge of research techniques and methodologies Knowledge of secondary sources in Financial Services such as Ipsos Financial Research Survey (FRS), CMA SQIs, CACIs market databases, Council Mortgage Lenders (CML), Bank of England, Office of National Statistics (ONS) Excellent report writing and presentation skills Strong analytical skills & experience, able to interrogate data and identify key insights Proactive self-motivated approach with a strong focus on delivering results and be eager to succeed in a strategic research role.
