Job Description

global property company and they are looking for a talented marketer to help drive business from mainland China and HK , to new building projects across London. You will localise marketing literature, manage the Chinese website, write email campaigns,and present your findings. (salary will depend on the seniority of the experience)Sponsorship provided : noSector: Real estate, construction and propertyWork Style: Office based with flexibilityRole Summary: This is a key role and essential to the marketing of all residential property, across sales and lettings in a new development and premium property brand. You will have a lot of personal autonomy and will work as part of a smalland friendly but busy marketing team.Responsibilities : Brand awareness across B2C clients and also within B2B partners and estate agencies . You will help with the new launches scheduled for September!

  • EVENTS: Create an annual property events strategy ( including awards ceremonies) to drive awareness for all new phase launches
  • Increase brand awareness on all residential offering (sales and rental) in the UK and Overseas.
  • CREATE a plan: create an annual residential marketing plan
  • Work to a marketing budget
  • Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
  • EMAIL Campaigns: Develop and implement email campaigns to create a leads funnel for the sales team
  • SEO : work with the internal digital marketing team to improve the website and landing pages
  • AGENCY MANAGEMENT: Manage the creative agencies, digital agencies including China facing digital agencies, marketing suppliers and media buying agents
  • MARKETING COLLATERAL: create fresh marketing materials including, visual identities, brochures, models, floorplans, virtual reality, interactive content, show homes and marketing suite. Ship the brochures to the marketing suites
  • WRITE CONTENT to support new launch activities
  • GOOGLE ANALYTICS: Measure everything!
  • WECHAT: Use of WeChat for the Chinese market and where relevant
REQUIREMENT
  • Property market experience is ideal ( NOT essential)
  • Ideally an understanding of a UK and Overseas property audience, especially China and Hong Kong
  • fluent Mandarin speaker
  • Marketing experience gained in the UK
