Job Description

Excellent base salary, Generous bonus offering, Renowned career progression opportunities Your new companyA leading CRO are undergoing a heavy investment project into their UK Statistical Programming function and are searching for a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead one of their teams. This job is a critical part of this expansion as you would become a crucial factor in the recruitment of this team as well as other teams.The business are renowned for the quality of deliverables they produce rather than focusing on timelines/budgets etc. This has culminated into them having an illustrious and diverse client base of leading Global Pharmas and Biotechs where they are partnered on a plethora of complex studies within Programming.Your new role

  • Potentially act as a high-level lead Programmer on highly complex studies
  • Keep abreast with developments made within Statistical Programming
  • Provide advanced Programming expertise to both internal and external partners/clients
  • Identify and develop project solutions to the Programming team and department
  • Manage staff in accordance with organizations policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain client relationships and manage risks in order to minimize escalations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for study leads and study level escalations
  • What youll need to succeed
  • Degree level education with a related field
  • Several years experience within Statistical Programming in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Substantial knowledge/experience of SAS Programming as well as CDISC, SDTM and AdAM
  • Line Management experienced is preferred
