Youll report ultimately to the Risk & Quality Lead within the Business Resilience team which is one of the four pillars making up Infrastructure Workplace Secretarial (IWS).IWS R&Q are a small team who provide independent assurance to business teams withinIWS, Consulting, PwC Operate and NIS to monitor compliance with ISO requirements (ISO27001 Information Security, ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO200001 IT Service Management, ISO22301 Business Continuity and BS10008 Electronic Information Management) as wellas monitoring compliance with internal policies and procedures. All UK offices and the Channel Islands are in scope for Independent Assessment services.IWS R&Q work closely with Internal Audit and fulfil the 2nd Line of Defence requirement to meet the firmsapproach to risk management and mitigate the firms top risks.Ideally, you will hold a "Lead Auditor" qualification for quality (ISO9001) or Information Security (ISO27001) or similar . Having a good knowledge of internal audit and risk management methodologiesand processes is desirable. Strong influencing and relationship building skills with a commercial focus are also necessary. Youll be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Strong communication and influencing skills are a must asyou will engage with staff at all levels.This position has a national remit and will require some travel.Responsibilities will include:Planning and conducting independent assessments of management systems;Report writingPlanning and undertaking monitoring andtesting of compliance to relevant management system/control requirements;Supporting the increased use of ISO 9001 across the firm;Supporting the approach to realising opportunities afforded by the introduction of the high level structure;Providing expert adviceas required to support the ongoing maintenance of International standards ISO 9001, 22301, 27001, 20001;The following skills are required for this role:Essential skills:Lead auditor for International Standards, preferably ISO 9001Experienced auditor of InternationalStandardsStrong project and process management skillsSelf starterExcellent communicator with ability to work under pressureComprehensive understanding of risk, quality and compliance processes and proceduresStrong organisational skillsExperience of multi sitecorporate organisationsNot the role for youDid you know PwC offer flexible contract arrangements as well as contingent work (ie temporary or day rate contracting)The skills we look for in future employeesAll our people need to demonstrate the skills andbehaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
