Job Description

Are you a part-qualified Management Accountant keen on a new challenge Would you thrive within a highly interactive role involving partnering with non-financial stakeholders across the business Do you want to join a fast paced and thriving business ina booming Real Estate industryAs a result of an internal promotion, we are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a diverse Real Estate company in the search for their next Management Accountant who will join their Central London team.Reporting into the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the month end close which includes the usual posting of journals and preparation of the management accounts which involves liaising with multiple areas of the businessfor the commentary for respective business units.Other key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Commentary on variances to budget for multiple business units
  • Continually improving reporting and systems to enable the wider Finance and Operations teams
  • Monitoring cash flow through daily reporting
  • Supporting the annual budget process
  • Assisting with the annual audit process
For this exciting Management Accountant opportunity, you will ideally be a part-qualified Accountant looking to either step up from an Assistant Management Accountant role or be a fully fledged Management Accountant looking for a new challenge.You will be actively studying towards your ACCA/CIMA (or relevant qualification) and be keen on becoming a qualified Accountant.
