WOW FACTOR: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join an incredible team with a great culture and amazing benefits package!JOB ROLE: Management Accountant - AMAZING benefits - Up to 45K!JOB TYPE: PermanentCOMPANY: Flexible Workspace ProvidersHOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pmSALARY: £35-45K DOE BENEFITS: Supportive team, regular Be Social events, doughnuts, chocolate and fresh fruit in the office, on-site gym, 1 day a week from home, rewards scheme, season ticket loan, healthcare and MANY MORE!LOCATION: BarbicanCULTURE: Great culture with a supportive and sociable team, fun company with regular social events.DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: * Preparing and maintaining forecasting and cashflow models* Assisting with monthly management accounts for multiple subsidiaries* Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts (experience with Caseware desired but not essential - training can be arranged)* Assisting with the preparation and submission of VAT returns* Dealing with accounting queries and issues for the BE Offices group* Assisting in the audit process and dealing with auditors* Production of monthly management information/reporting packs and annual statutory accounts* Short term cash flow forecasting in addition to long term panning* Analysing and identifying business processes in need of optimisation - working with senior members of the accounts team to implement structured systems and processes* Project managing and maintaining streamlined processes* Helping with any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Financial Controller, in-particular reporting at month/quarter/year end.* Some transactional work (posting invoices, journals and payments on NetSuite) but relating to the more complex subsidiariesSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: * Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA essential* Accountancy qualified (or studying for a qualification - later stages) - Desirable* GCSEs or above in business related area essential* Must have at least 2 years working in a similar role* Previous use of NetSuite* Knowledge of Caseware * High numeracy and analytical skills and strong accounting knowledge essential* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate) and Outlook * A team player who has excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and an ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines* Good oral and written communication skills* The ability to work as part of a team* Comfortable dealing with department heads and directors* Accuracy and an eye for detailAdvertised by Office Angels Liverpool Street /Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
