Our client, an innovative, London-based community charity, is looking for three Maintenance Technicians to join their Property Team.Maintenance Technician x3Romford, Dartford, Greenwich£26,417 - £28, 127 per annumFull Time, Permanent PositionThis is a great opportunity to join a charity that has been serving their local community for over 150 years through inclusive programmes in health and wellbeing, childcare, housing and youth work. They are passionate about providing opportunities to thosewho are most in need.As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for, and assist with, repairs, servicing and maintenance of the building and grounds.You will be responsible for the health & safety of any task being carried out and to make sure that the plant, equipment, or machinery is compliant with all legislation.The role requires someone with knowledge and skills in trade such as building, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, carpet fittings, painting and decorating as well as a basic knowledge of electrical installations.The ideal candidates will have the ability to deliver key objectives independently and on their own initiative. They will also need to be able to work well under pressure to prioritise workloads and meet any deadlines.HoursMonday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm, 37.5 hours per week, excluding Bank Holidays.You will be required to be on call at certain times outside of working hours.Benefits:
