Job Description

Maintenance Engineer (Security)£28,000 - £30,000: £38,000 OTE + Training + 23 days holiday + BH + Van + OvertimeLondon/Home countiesAre you an engineer looking for specialist training with one of the countrys leading fencing and security contractorsDo you want to work for a company that invest in extensive training a host of different qualifications that enable you to develop a specialist careerOn offer is the opportunity to work for a company that makes a direct impact on the lives and safety of civilians. This is a position where you will be dealing with high profile clients, providing a service offering effective security solutions throughoutthe home counties.The responsibilities:

  • Identify mechanical, electrical and electronic faults on equipment including wiring, PCBs, motors, pumps, valves, hydraulic hoses, chains and belts and carrying out the necessary repairs.
  • Liaise with customers on site and carry out installation, service, maintenance and repair of a range of security barriers, gates, bollards blockers and turnstiles supplied by the company.
  • Provide accurate service documentation for site visits.
The Person:
  • Willing to carry out overtime/ Call out rota
  • Mechanical Qualification (preferable)
  • Mechanical background looking to train in servicing security equipment
