Job Description

Robert Half are working with a market leading Technology organisation who are looking to recruit for a Mac Support Engineer on a 6 month contract basis in their London Office.Role:

  • The Mac Support Engineer will be the first escalation point and the face of their London office.
  • Taking responsibility for maintaining technology onsite, including hardware inventory, AV and desk configurations
  • Provide first touch support at our IT Help Desk or in-office full-time during normal business hours
  • Provision and track of loaner machines
  • Work with employees to perform computer upgrades and migrations
  • Provide first-tier support for AV issues in conference rooms, provide onsite support for team all-hands and local office events
  • Process returned assets and prepare them for reuse/recycle
Profile:
  • The Mac Support Engineer should have strong knowledge of the Apple macOS and Mac OS X operating systems
  • Preferably has some combination of experience with Google Workplace, Zoom, Okta, Slack, & Atlassian Cloud.
  • Experience with support ticket management and tracking (JIRA Service Desk preferred)
  • Excellent attitude to hard work, team work and customer service
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • £150 - £180 per day Inside IR35
  • 5 days a week onsite - London Based
