Job Description

M365 Senior Specialist, M365 Team Leader, Office365, Mainly Remote M365 Senior Specialist required to work for a Professional Services company based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will mainly be remote and you will only be called into the office on the odd occasion.They need this person to be well connected with Microsoft 365 but, more importantly, they want you to have senior experience where you have maybe managed or overseen people previously.This is a growing team with lots of opportunity to progress, so now is a great time to be joining them. Read on for more detailsCapabilities:

  • 5+ years experience administrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and developing applications specifically focusing on CRM, Sales, Inventory area of Dynamics
  • M365 administration other M365 services such as Exchange, Teams, and AAD
  • Confident in creating and managing environments using Dataverse
  • Experience of integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365 apps
  • A good understanding of the Microsoft 365 roadmap, and the ability to evaluate the applicability for business productivity solutions
  • Proven experience in delivering Power Platform apps using Power Apps and Power Automate using model-driven and canvas apps
  • Extensive PowerShell and PnP-PowerShell skills including development of ground-up scripting across Microsoft 365 services
  • Proficient with creating dashboards with Power BI
  • Experience with the end-to-end connectivity (network/proxy) between devices and cloud services
  • Understanding of security principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation
  • Experience with integrations and migration paths from on-prem solutions to Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Microsoft and ITIL certifications are highly regarded
