M&E Project ManagerVenn Group are working with a large client in SE London to recruit for an M&E Project Manager to focus on statutory compliance checks.Daily Rate: £400 Umbrella (Inside IR35)Length: 3-6 months +Location: SE London (Various)The successful candidate will be responsible for:. Ensuring Statutory compliance is up to date for a range of commercial buildings and monitoring when checks are due, this will include fixed wiring and electrical elements, fire alarm testing, lifts, emergency light testing, gas, asbestos. Ensuring contractors remain compliant, updating systems accordingly. Supporting surveyors on small project works, reporting back on contractors and overseeing several minor works projects on-site.
