  • Lead a high-performing team to execute M&A transactions in the Metals and Mining sector.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes and concepts, with 4+ years of experience for the Associate role and 8+ years for the VP role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior exposure to the Metals and Mining industry is a significant advantage.
