Fram is working with a growing boutique, who are keen to attract an experienced Corporate Finance/M&A professional. There is no need to originate deals, as the firm has excellent deal flow. Our client has a collaborative culture and excellent management team. The role will suit someone who is keen to feel they can make a difference and the role requires applicants with a strong broad base of Corporate Finance experience activities, with a track record in M&A. Due to being a boutique, deals are across multiple sectors and the team works closely together to generate an outstanding outcome for the client. However, being a boutique applicants must be able to multi-task.Clients operate in a variety of jurisdictions and have complex needs and therefore a broad base of knowledge would be useful including areas such as: M&A, capital structures, debt capacity, and acquisition finance etc.We are keen to speak to experienced Corporate Finance/M&A professionals, who are probably already at Associate/VP level and are seeking a step up.
