Job Description

Job title: Luxury Order PackerLocation: Bond Street, London.Hours: 10:00am-16:00pmAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious clothing brands in the worldDo you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the High-end luxury retail packaging associate role.Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality accessories for the fashion industry, based in the heart of London’s Bond Street. We work with some of the most renowned names in the business. We are looking for a talented and hard-working individual tojoin our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.As a High-end luxury retail packaging associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Packaging any orders that need to be packaged in a neat and tidy to a high standard for our prestigious retail brands.
  • Keeping a log of all packages fulfilled. (up to 30 per day)
  • Liaising with other members of the team to get all worked completed.
  • Using scanners, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment and to ensure that inventory is managed accurately.
  • Safely picking items from shelves and arranging for delivery.
  • Packaging completed orders in protective bubble wrap and branded boxes to protect them during shipment.
  • Work with invoicing team to make sure all orders meet requirements.
  • Assisting with the distribution of goods to their correct storage locations
  • Restocking shelves using items from storage areas to ensure inventories are always full.
  • Meeting picking speed and efficiency targets as specified by Supervisors
  • Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in retail packaging.
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
  • A flexible schedule and availability to work overtime during peak periods.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour and excellent communication skills

Salary will be £22,000 after success of temporary cover over Christmas.
