Luxury Cruises Sales ConsultantBase Salary and Guaranteed Commission of £28,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £65,000 +Hybrid - Central LondonOur client is one of the worlds most prestigious cruise companies dealing with HNWIs, VIPS and celebrities.They are now seeking to add Cruise Travel Sales Consultants to their team.The Luxury Cruises Sales Consultant is responsible for growing and servicing portfolio of high nett worth clients adopting a consultative approach with a focus on the delivery of the highest levels of customer service.Candidates must have previous outbound sales experience gained using a consultative approach in a revenue targeted sales environment.Luxury travel sales experience is an advantage but not essential.Our client will also considered sales driven graduates who are eager to develop a career within travel sales.The role is offered on a hybrid basis.Luxury Cruises Sales Consultant Responsibilities:Creating high end bespoke cruises itineraries based on clients requirements.Maintain excellent working relationship and deliver exceptional service to clientsFollow up on all options held, reporting on quotes and options held.Pro-actively deal with any customer issues arising, seeking guidance and support as required.Ability to meet sales targets whilst delivering high levels of customer serviceAbility to develop a repeat client baseLuxury Cruises Sales Consultant Skills Required:Previous experience gained in an outbound sales environment using a consultative approachExperience in selling a high value product is an advantageSales driven graduates who are eager to develop a career within travel sales.Excellent customer service skills, with strong attention to detail.Luxury Cruises Sales Consultant - Salary and BenefitsBasic salary and guaranteed commission of £28,000 for first 12 months with an Uncapped Commission potential of £65,000 +Regular educational visits.1 free luxury cruise per year worth over £10,000 for 2 people.23 days annual leave + bank holidaysCareer development opportunitiesPensionTo apply for this Luxury Cruises Sales Consultant role, please forward your CV and a member of the team will get in touch.
