Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Lubricant Sales Manager OEM to join a Multinational Japanese Oil company. The successful candidate will be managing major Key OEM Accounts whilst identifying and developing through these accounts for new business growth opportunitiesto achieve sales and profit targets.The candidate should be able to drive sales and strategic business development objectives.TYPE: Permanent, full timeSALARY: 32-36k (Assistant Manager), 36k-40 (Manager)LOCATION: City of LondonWORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday (Hybrid working style applied)VISA: Company wont be able to provide visa support, will be able to accept applicant only who is eligible working in the UK indefinitely.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • AchieveRevenue and Profit targetfromLubricantsales
  • Create and maintain an overall Sales and Marketing strategy to achieveshorttermandlong-termgoals
  • Developaproductiverelationshipwith all stake holders to achieve desired results for achieving agreed targets
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Business Development with existing and new customers
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must have experience within Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) segment and preferably within Lubricants
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working in Europe in Sales / Business Development role
  • Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills to finalise Contracts and Pricing Formulas with customers.
  • Sales Forecasting and Analysis
  • Commercially astute and customer focused
  • Strong ability for decision making
  • Motivated individual with Can Do attitude and ability to resolve issues with all stakeholder with confidence
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Degree holder in Business or relevant disciplines
