Job Description

Customer Strategy ManagerLocation- Reading/London/Hybrid3 month initial contract with extensionsInside IR35Currently working with a Household Brand who are looking to bring on board a Customer Strayegy Manager

  • Lead the day to day definition of the customer and loyalty strategy
  • Complete customer analysis and needs assessments
  • Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Loyalty, C&H, Food, Strategy to obtain inputs and workshop strategic approaches
  • Build Board level storyline, including financial assessment (value vs cost)
  • Drive an innovative and creative approach to defining the future of loyalty and inspire alignment across the organisation
