Job Description

London Market Insurance Business Analyst / Project ManagerThe Role:A leading London Market Insurance software provider is looking for a BA / PM to help with multiple implementations of their software at a variety of insurance clients/partners. Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within London Market & Delegated Authority Industry preferably as a PM/BA
  • Strong knowledge of Bordereaux Management, including Mapping, Processing and the provision of MI and Analysis
  • Prior experience in software implementation including but not limited to:
    • Define of success criteria
    • Set-up of Management & Governance sessions
    • Document cross-projects impacts/dependencies
    • Qualify and stage sprints, & associated user stories / back log for prioritisation and scheduling
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process
    • System and workflow integration (where relevant)
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration
    • UAT Testing
    • Document and maintain accurate records of implementation activities
  • Previous experience working with Data/Analytics and Business Intelligence
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to manage expectations of multiple different parties
  • Well versed in upcoming transformational agendas within the Insurance Market, most notably, Blueprint 2
