Job Description

Role:Loans IQ Live Support (AVP grade)Start date: February 2023End date: 12 monthsRate: Competitive RateLocation: Canary WharfWe are currently recruiting for Loans IQ Live Support (AVP grade)

  • Loans IQ experience essential (agency or bilateral loans)
  • Wholesale Lending Operations experience
  • Experience with issue resolution with Loans IQ and experience in all modules of LoanIQ including Platform configuration and enhancements catalog
  • Apply operational knowledge in determining end to end business requirements involving line of business, developers and Finastra (Vendor).
  • Strong communication skills required and ability to work with ops teams to identify where issues are due to requirement functionality/defects/training issues.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to work closely with business partners to define strategies for functional solutions and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems functionalities.
  • Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
