Loan IQ EMEA Ops Readiness Requirements Manager

The Loans Operations teams support all lending activity for Corporate and Commercial clients of the bank across North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia. The Loan IQ Ops Readiness EMEA lead will be responsible for understanding and supporting the transformationefforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of a new commercial banking lending system - Loan IQ. This role will require thorough understanding of strategic direction of the lending business as the organization transitions from the historical Flexcube processing environment to the Loan IQ platform. Specifically, the position requires the ability to understandhow that transition relates to the Operations teams ability to support business strategy and growth through a system transition, while designing and building new operational, risk and control processes. The LIQ Ops Readiness Requirements manager will be responsible for comprehensive identifications of changes required as part of the transition to the Loan IQ platform in EMEA. This will include operations processes, upstream processes, day to day BAU loan servicingrequirements, procedures across all operational requirements, and how integration with tech teams should work as new functions are built and tested. They will have to develop strong working partnerships across operations functional areas, with business leads,and with numerous technology teams to effectively manage and support the Loans Operations transformation. Excellent influencing and communication skills required in order to negotiate internally across the business and with technology partners, often at a senior level. Responsibilities Overall: Accountable for identifying and documentation of Loan Ops requirements as part of the broader Ops and Project team. Will be a key lead on Loan Ops owned scope (e.g., Business Requirements Support (including controls), UAT scenarios, Process and Procedures,Training, Policy impacts, etc). Additional Focus areas:

• STP and automation with upstream systems and teams
• Work between Loan Operations staff and Technology teams in converting loans from Flexcube to Loan IQ. Build approach and tracking mechanisms.
• Lead relationship with the Technology teams. Coordinate all new operations requirements by ensuring they are appropriately documented and signed off.
• Support user test requirements and execution
• Partner with Accounting and Control and finance teams to ensure all necessary controls and reporting are in place
• Proactively manage changes that impact project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans when necessary.
• Prepare status reporting to senior management on progress across all Loans Operations teams in moving from Flex to Loan IQ

Qualifications 8-12 years relevant experience in financial services or similar industry Deep knowledge of the lending business and hands on Loan IQ platform experience in Operations or Technology Background and/or exposure to financial operations processes Strong analysis and documentation skills Project and program management experience a plus Strong oral and written communicator Team player with strong influencing and partnering skills who can handle strong personalities at all levels of the company Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools. Finance, Business Administration or Engineering bachelors degree preferred Identify and implement changes across Global Loan Operations necessary to transition to the Loan IQ system:

• Manage STP and automation with upstream systems and teams

Build out a repeatable user testing approach and strategy, and support UAT processes - often hands-on Partner with Accounting and Control and finance teams to build out a new, upgraded financial and regulatory control environment Lead the Operations team in moving forward with a future state reporting strategy - and in ensuring necessary, complete reporting is available from Loan IQ Proactively manage changes that impact project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans when necessary. Prepare status reporting to senior management on progress across all Loans Operations teams in moving from Flex to Loan IQ Support and ensure a transparent training strategy is executed across all Loan Operations teams - in partnership with the Global Loans Training organization
