Job Description

This is a boutique firm with global offices and they are going through a continued expansion.They’re looking for an experienced Credit Admin professional to manage the Loan Operations Function.Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Loan Operations function in the Credit Administration team, overseeing ongoing projects and devising internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely setup of newly completed transactions by the Loan Operations team, in accordance with internal procedures, while maintaining up-to-date and reliable information.
  • Monitor and supervise the Loan Operations team consisting of four members, handling staffing matters, work allocation, reviewing staff performance, and conducting mid-year and full-year staff appraisals.
  • Manage and process individual deal transaction waterfalls, IPD payments, and ad-hoc payment requests, while adhering to four-eyed checks and internal controls.
  • Maintain a personal case load of loans and oversee their management and administration.
  • Manage the treasury function of the Loan Operations team, including timely setup of authorized account signatories on relevant bank mandates and operating deal-specific bank accounts with signing right
To be successful in your application you must have experience leading a Loan servicing team. Experience in Real Estate or a related field would also be advantageous. In return they are offering a salary between 75,000 - 85,000.This is the chance to work in a social office based in the West End. They offer hybrid working model plus free breakfast and lunch on Mondays and Fridays.
